CHURCH & HIGHLAND CEMETERY
All decorations, flowers, shepard hooks and urns must be removed from the cemetery during the clean-up period from October 1st through October 15th. Individuals wishing to retain specific items must remove them prior to the October 1st start of clean-up.
The Village of Monticello Wisconsin hold village meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE SEPARATED/SORTED AND CURBSIDE BY 7 a.m.
All debris, excluding brush, must be in an area not larger than 4’wide x l0’ long x 4’high.
► Furniture and miscellaneous junk
► Burn barrels to be discarded must be empty
► Brush and scrap lumber with no tree limbs over 6″ in diameter
Or 8’ in length — in separate pile stacked parallel with street
► Metal and appliances
► Refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers, air conditioners, & anything containing
Freon. NOTE: ALL FREON SHALL BE REMOVED BY A LICENSED
PERSON AND A CERTIFIED STATEMENT NEEDS TO BE RECEIVED
BY THE VILLAGE CLERK BY OCTOBER 8TH.
► NO closed bags/boxes/containers
► NO construction materials of any kind
► Paint cans must be empty or open with paint dried
► All containers, used to hold debris, will be discarded
► No Propane Tanks or Cylinders
Small, loose articles should be placed into an open, disposable container.
Ashes, recyclables, rock, brick, cement, garden debris, leaves, and dirt can be disposed of at the recycling center during recycling center hours.
ABSOLUTELY NO TIRES, REGULAR GARBAGE OR RECYCLABLE ITEMS WILL BE PICKED UP
